To maintain the intimacy of the Montmartre collection, we have produced just two handmade vessels for this scent (as is true for all of our exclusive options). It is a true collector’s item. Care & Ritual: For an optimal burn experience, trim the wick to ¼ inch before each lighting to ensure a clean, steady flame. Allow the wax to melt fully to the edges during the first burn to create an even pool. For best results, limit each burn to 3–4 hours to preserve the character of the candle and its fragrance. A measured burn will also help prevent overheating and wick mushrooming.
Return and Exchange Policy: We take immense pride in the craftsmanship of our luxury candles. To maintain the integrity of our products and ensure the highest quality for all our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Due to the nature of our small-batch production process, all sales are final and we are unable to offer refunds. We appreciate your understanding and your support of artisanal craftsmanship.
Damaged or Defective Items:
While we take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, we understand that transit can sometimes be rough on glass vessels. If your order arrives damaged, we are happy to provide a complimentary replacement. To process a replacement claim 1) Contact us: Email oiseauetlapin@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. 2) Provide Proof: Please include your order number and clear photo documentation of the damaged vessel and the shipping packaging. Once we verify the damage, we will ship your replacement out immediately at no additional cost to you.
